Process Improvement:
ICG has a proven methodology to review a business's processes, define roles and responsibilities, identify areas of improvements and to put in place an implementation plan to address improvements:
-
Understand Current Processes.
The first is understanding the current processes and to document key required outputs and opportunities for improvement

Roles and Responsibilities
The second step is understanding who is responsible, accountable, consulted and informed during each of the process steps. This can be a two step process where the RACI on the left is how it is currently structured and the RACI on the right represents how it should be changed. This often leads to good business discussions on how to properly organize a business.

Rank Improvements
Next the opportunities accumulated in the first two steps are listed along with potential solutions. Each of the solutions is ranked on how expensive it will be to implement and how valuable is the benefit of implementing the opportunity. Based on that a ranking of opportunities is presented to management to finalize the implementation schedule.
