    Second Attempt at SAP installation

    Project manager for the implementation of  SAP for East Coast facility.  This included the conversion from two legacy conversions for SD, MM and FI.  Led efforts in managing plans, status reporting and issue tracking and integration testing.  Restart of a project from previous year.  Successfully tested system resulting in multiple design changes to meet needs of business.

    Part of IT PMO for implementation to support Manufacturing

    IT Liaison for the implementation of multiple systems to support new Plasma processing facility. Coordinating ERP, MES, LIMS, Plasma Dispositioning Systems and Infrastructure with construction and engineering plans.  Creating and tracking major milestone plans.  Assisting IT teams in creating detailed plans to support the milestone plans.  Preparing Executive Management status for leadership.

    Implementation of SyteLine

    Project manager for the rollout of SyteLine to 10 manufacturing sites.  This included the conversion from other legacy systems and from previous versions of SyteLine.  Implemented data standardization for customers, vendors and financial information.  Implemented jobs for several facilities that were back flushing.

    Implementation of SAP

    Managed international team in conversion from Oracle G/L to SAP G/L (ECC 6.0 and BI 7.0).  Developed, implemented and participated in testing to assure international legacy systems successfully met user requirements. Involved in Change Management.

    PMO for SAP Installation

    Part of Project Management Office in charge of tracking installation of SAP for international manufacturer. Created and maintained overall milestone plan. Met with individual teams to monitor progress including SD, MM, TPM and SEM. Prepared status reports, tracked key issues and met with senior management.


  • Large Apparel Conglomerate

    Blueprinting of AFS SAP

    Business liaison for senior management in blue printing AFS for large apparel manufacturer.  Responsible for mapping out processes from design, prototyping and production and comparing these against SAP AFS functionality.  Using SAP AFS knowledge and process maps provided feedback to management on key issues.

    Process Improvements in Designing and Producing Styles 

    Led effort in reviewing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, documenting roles and responsibilities and presenting management with key areas of improvement. Opportunities implemented resulting in better calendar adherence, upfront customer style acceptance and better tracking among organizations spanning three continents.
